Almost Lipstick Tinted Lip Balm in Black Honey | Sheer + Lightweight Moisturizing Lipstick

I used to wear Clinique’s Moisture Surge Pop Triple Lip Balm in a few different shades (bring them back please!), so I was sad to see them go. But I had seen their Almost Lipstick Tinted Lip Balm for a while now but finally caught it on sale so I figured I’d give it a try. The tube itself is longer and thinner than its predecessor, which is nice for fitting in my purse’s makeup bag. The product applies easily on my lips, there’s no sticky feeling after, and I can feel the hydration (not quite as hydrating as the Triple Lip Balm IMO). The shade I chose was pink honey, and it does leave a slight pink hue to my lips which is pretty. It’s definitely nothing drastic, which is exactly what I was expecting. I do like this Almost Lipstick Tinted Lip Balm, but I miss the OG. I know times change and products get updated, but maybe Clinique will bring them back for a time as a limited edition. I have a few OGs left at home (2 unopened and 2 used almost gone) that I don’t want to touch because I’m worried I’ll never be able to replace them again. Regardless, I’ll be purchasing the other two shades of this current product just because I like the hydration and subtle color they give. Black honey is next on my list!

The best tinted lipstick but it’s. It lipstick. Goes on feels so soft so moisturizing!!!!value for the money! The tint last a pretty good while. Love this so much makes me want more colors!

I remember using Clinique Black Honey decades ago when I was younger, and I was curious to see how the Pink Honey version compared. It goes on just like a lip balm and feels very soft and moisturizing without being slippery or sticky. It has a slightly glossy finish, but not too much. The pink is really pretty. It’s subtle, but there’s definitely enough color to make your lips look pink, while still being soft and natural-looking. I also really like the silver metal case. It’s slim enough that I can just stick it in my pocket and go.

Moisturizing, haven’t noticed a fragrance, but it is a much lighter color than I anticipated. Works well and long lasting. Definitely a “your lips but better” color

If you’re looking for a lipstick with a noticeable pink color, this is not it — the pigment is very light. For me, it’s perfect because I wanted something for everyday use to slightly brighten my lips. Over the years, my lips have become darker, more brownish than pink, and this lipstick gives them just a touch of rosiness, though the effect is very very subtle.

It’s moisturizing, but nothing special. The color looks more natural than Black Honey, but honestly, $10 dupes are much more moisturizing, have prettier shades, and last longer. I wouldn’t buy it again—it’s just not worth the price.

Nice lip colour which seems to suit all complexions. Goes on smoothly and just adds a tint of colour. I’ve bought it as gift for friends who all seem to like it. Will definitely buy again

With the amount of hype around this product, I expected more of a balm than a lipstick. It smells exactly like lipstick. It has that thick oil smell and feel and looks like a lipstick. Color is ok, but I really expected more. I'll just stick to tinted lip balms from Burts Bees instead. Im glad I bought this at a discounted price.

Der Lippenstift hat eine interessante Textur, etwas weicher als ein herkömmlicher Lippenstift, aber noch kein Lipgloss. Er spendet Feuchtigkeit und färbt die Lippen sehr dezent, was ein natürliches, hydriertes, Resultat gibt. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es allerdings für den Preis, da ich von der Qualität keinen relevanten Unterschied zu anderen, günstigeren Lippenprodukten feststellen konnte.

I’ve bought this several times now, I love it! This lipstick has just the perfect amount of colour without being too in your face. It is almost like a fancy lip balm as it is hydrating and not sticky. I have used it every day and it has lasted a surprising number of months.

This is one of the gorgeous colors of lipstick, almost like rosy or pink nude. I was disappointed somehow when I got this almost-lipstick pink honey by mail. It turned out dried up in bottom of tube or someone used it?
