I like to stay in shape by going to the gym, but on the days I can't get there, I work out at home. A person can do a full workout with nothing but a kettlebell. Even those who make use of every machine in the gym can benefit from workouts with kettlebells.I had a devastating accident, then a ruptured gallbladder, so you can imagine my workout schedule was set back some. Because of that setback, I had to begin working out almost like a beginner again. One of the first things I bought for our home gym was this kettlebell. It's so well made that I think it might last forever, yet it's very reasonably priced. It works. I do a lot of different exercises with this kettlebell. Some kettlebell exercises engage every muscle in the body, and I want to be able to do them, even if it's only with a five-pounder.If you're just beginning to work out or are elderly or can't use more than a five-pound kettlebell right now, I really recommend this one. It's even better than the ones at my gym. Just be careful no one's in the way when you swing it.

This weight is easy to use and I use it in my daily physical routine. I even put it in my laundry basket when I do laundry. So I'm still exercising while I'm doing house chores. I will definitely be buying a heavier weight when this one gets too light.

I like the vinyl coating, the grip, and it stands straight when I sit it down. I will probably soon buy the next size weight. I bought this online when I was standing in a sporting goods store and didn’t like the selection. I’m glad I bought this. It was less expensive, nicer, and was delivered in two days.

This is perfect for bent-over rows. I use this every 2-3 days and not a single complaint. Would buy again. Good quality Kettle weight!
