The best brushes I ever had, easy to use and clean,

They are great. I love these, very comfortable to use and the case is perfect so you don't have your brushes hanging aroung or lost.

I can go either 3 or 4 stars on this. They're fine brushes and I haven't replaced them yet, so they're not all that bad. The metal barrel on the smaller round brush became a little loose after a few uses but It hasn't fallen apart just yet.I was hesitant to buy these because I couldn't find many reviews regarding using these with watercolor & gouache-- my paints of choice. In my opinion, these are fine to use with watercolor & gouache but they cant hold much water in the brushes so you might have to work fast (or invest in slower drying paper) because you'll be dipping these in paint quite often.These brushes are long also. Definitely not a bad thing for me since I keep my water jars relatively far away from my paper.

Fantastic set of all purpose brushes in a terrific case! Especially for hobbyists, it's hard to go wrong at this price.

What doesn't anyone ever put the size of the brushes in the description? I bought these for my toolbox in order to do some touch-up work on instrument panels. but when they arrived I found to my dismay that the brushes are really-really longer than I imagined (probably about 16-18 inches long. They appear to be well made and good brushes, but I certainly would not have purchased these if the size was mentioned.

Brushes are pretty great! I have recently started painting and these brushes have held up fine. They do not shed and the occasional shed is not much. The brushes are much bigger than I expected but then again I did not read the description size.
