4K bluray of starwars episode one.
The episode one of Starwars in 4k bluray is just fantastic. Seeing the movie again was better, than, the first time I saw it in the movie theaters! Was not bad at all after having seen it so many years at the movies and on VHS, DVD, BLURAY. It definately added something on 4K Bluray. Worth having it.

Better 4K than the Disney+ version
I didn't order this for a long time as the 4K HDR /Atmos version is on Disney+, but as it was in the sale I gave it a go. Played in my PS5 (which isn't the best 4K player out there!) it is head and shoulders above the D+ streaming version, even on my super fast cable. So if you are a collector and wondering if its worth getting, and its on sale, then I would recommend.

Makes the film look 5 years newer than the DVD version
The best picture quality you can get. Very clear image even on a 1080p screen. It's worth it. And it's Star Wars.

It is nice to have a 4K copy, but it is a laxy transfer of the 3D version.
If you are a completionist buy it... But if you want beautiful visuals, keep away. The movie has been over scrubbed of noise and sharpened to the extent that skin looks like rubber and hair looks weird in some scenes. The soundtrack sounds great and the HDR is Okay. Honestly, keep to the 2011 Blu Ray version as the denoising and scrubbing are less noticable on those version.

A must own for collector's.
Probably my least favourite of the Star Wars films and that's including Solo and Rogue One.The cgi is phenomenal and the three way lightsaber battle is superb but what the heck was George Lucas thinking when he created Jar Jar Binks!?!... And why does Obi Wan Kanobi's hair keep changing length throughout the film??

Brilliant transfer !
Was sceptical if the extra cost was warranted, but I was very wrong. The whole film is an improved experience. Very sharp, crisp and sounds amazing!
