The McCordick Workhorse disposable N95 particulate respirator is designed to help provide quality, reliable respiratory protection for workers against airborne solids from the processing of minerals, coal, iron ore, flour and certain other substances; also protects from liquids or non-oil based particles caused by sprays that do not emit vapors. It has a unique folded design with proprietary filter media and V-shaped pleats that expand to help make breathing easier. In addition, the V-shaped pleats flex with mouth movement for easier talking. The respirator features uniquely designed tabs for positioning the respirator on the face and an embossed front panel to help the respirator retain its shape. USE LIMITATIONS: This respirator does not supply oxygen. Do not use in atmosphere containing less than 19.5% oxygen. Not for use when concentrations of contaminants are immediately dangerous to a person’s life and health, and when unknown concentrations exceed 10 times the permissible exposure limit (PEL) or according to specific OSHA standards or applicable government regulations, which ever is lower. Do not use with beards or other facial hair, or in other conditions that prevent a tight seal between the face and edge of the respirator.
