Dreadful
Used this product for the first time today for about 45 minutes after getting my garden practice net set up and this happens. It’s been kept dry in the garage until today. My angle of attack on shots is circa -3.4 to -5.0 and don’t usually take much of a divot so this is very disappointing.

holds up
Purchased this a year ago. Have hit literally thousands of balls off of it and it holds up. Obviously flatten wear where the balls are constantly being hit from, but the grass does not fly off. It has been very satisfactory and we would buy it again

Great value - Great mat
purchased the 5x3 on sale for $85 and I find it to be a wonderful mat. Some people are commenting about it getting torn up really quickly, but I have not noticed that.I'm currently learning how to dig the ball off the ground instead of picking it, and it's holding up well. Has not torn or shredded or anything yet.I probably hit for 20-30 minutes every other day for a few weeks now.Even at $99 it's not a bad value.

Super durable and well worth the cost
I bought this mat almost 2 years ago at this point and have hit thousands of balls off of it. It is still holding up incredibly well. I've hit consistently off just one side of the mat, and it looks the same as the other side where I stand. I recommend this mat to anyone looking for something that will last.
