Delicious!
Second purchase: Rich tasting, creamy; no lumps. When reconstituted there is a gathering of what looks like a thin skim of butter on the top. Tastes really really good. Although the price may seem high, this package reconstitutes into buying 4.5 plus ‘1 pint’ cartons of high quality cream making this dry powder just a little less expensive than store bought without any added thickeners like carrageen, or Gellan gum. Not as thick when reconstituted—and there may be truth that fresh cream is thicker than whole milk—but the taste and convenience and longevity of product without refrigeration is well worth the expenditure. In addition, I have used this powder in my recipes for homemade dipping chocolate with terrific results; and as the base for hot chocolate (out of this world) and for anything else that requires cream or milk. Will buy again.

Should have had this the whole time!
Why didn’t I think to get this sooner!!!! I usually use heavy cream in recipes so whenever I need to buy a carton I end up wasting most of it; cream is SO EXPENSIVE. You definitely need to chill it for at least a few hours for it to have a nicer consistency. I have used it only slightly chilled and it’s just a bit powdery. The taste is fine but I haven’t really drank it on its own; I just use it in recipes so it mixes in very well.

As advertised. Tastes good.
Good powdered cream! As advertised! (not for whipped cream). Great in most uses. Like ALL powdered dairy products, it does have a little bit of a different taste - due to processing. Will buy again! I find it blends well, if you work it a little (a small whisk helps). Looks just like fresh cream in hot drinks / soups.

Great shelf stable heavy cream for my coffee
Works great in my coffee and tastes great as well. It's a great non refrigerated staple to have in your pantry. I'm looking forward to trying this in recipes. It is smooth and does not clump and is super easy to use. there is no bad smell and from reading other reviews, has many uses.

If You Like Heavy Cream Powder this is probably the best option you'll fine.
I haven't tried other brands of Heavy Cream Powder so I don't have much to compare it to, but I went with this because of the lack of anything additional/artificial, and the price per ounce. I discovered that I don't really like the taste of it for the purposes of baking, which is the main reason I had bought it, but if something needed heavy cream and I mixed this with water it did its job. Also I usually like to sift powder before I bake with it just to make sure the end product is fluffy and light but with this powder when I sifted it, and this is with multiple bags, nothing was ever left behind so sifting wasn't even necessary. It's also probably the lowest carb count of any powder of its kind other than butter powder but obviously it's 2 different taste profiles and they can service completely different purposes. All of that being said I have no complaints at all with this because I attribute the taste issues to me probably just not liking heavy cream to bake and not because of this brand itself.

No legitimate complaints
I’ve only had two coffees with this powdered cream. The first time I put the coffee in the cup and then put the cream in the coffee, and it was about like making chocolate milk with Nestlé‘s quick. It floated on top and then it did dissolve, but some of it lumped up and had to be crushed on the side of the cup. That was fine it finally all dissolved with just a spoon and stirring it a little more than I wanted to. Such is life, It’s powdered cream and it’s not going to be like a miracle powder. It’s powdered cream. The 2nd cup I put it in the bottom of the cup, and then poured the coffee and waited. After a while it almost looked like it was getting cream bubbles. After stirring it and making sure there was none stuck to the bottom of the cup, a few pieces of it came up but I was able to easily crush them on the edge of the cup and then it was great. My 2nd cup was much better than the first and although it didn’t taste exactly like the regular cream I use it was still pretty good. I didn’t notice any terrible smells or anything like that I have read and other reviews. I’m buying cream like this so then I can take it to the Philippines as cream there is quite expensive and I’m pretty sure it’s a radiated as it sits on store shelves I find this powder to be quite acceptable, And that makes me happy because I need cream in my coffee! So I will be buying a few more bags to go with me as I plan on staying a year to a year and a half and I will let you know if possible how it does long-term. Other than whining about having to start a little more than I wanted I have no legitimate complaints and only prays to give this powdered cream so far

Superior Coffee Creamer
I'm so glad I finally bought this stuff. I had it on my "wish list" for a long time, but finally pulled the trigger and purchased it. DELICIOUS in my coffee, and convenient because it doesn't required refrigeration. Perfect to take to work or keep in your home office for COFFEE in the morning, COFFEE in the afternoon, and all the COFFEE in between!

Works For Baking! NOT Tasty In Coffee!
I bought a bag of this Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder, 1 lb, Batch Tested Gluten Free, No Fillers or Preservatives, Keto Friendly, Product of USA. I live in a very rural mountain location. During winter and spring thaw, we are basically stuck at home for 4 to 6 weeks, due to impassable roads. I still NEED my 2 to 3 cups of coffee every day, but I also needed a good creamer back-up for when I can't get out to the store to buy my favorite Half and Half! I will NOT drink any of the so-called powdered jar coffee creamers, which are all disgustingly loaded with hydrogenated junk and weird chemicals. When I saw this Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder was made of ONLY pure dried cream, I thought that this would be an absolutely perfect solution for me and my coffee creamer habit. - - SO NOT SO! - - - For one, The 1st bag I bought was missing from the package when I got my order. - The 2nd bag was dated as expiring in 5 months, so not good for longer term back-up storage. I decided to give it a try now, since it needed to be used before the 5 month expiration. I read that for creamer, I'd need to mix it with a bit of water to make a slurry 1st. I did that, but it was super clumpy. - I added a splash of hot water into the mix, and that helped. - I tasted it before I added my coffee and it did NOT taste like cream. It tasted a bit salty and sour! - So, I added some fresh brewed coffee anyway! -- ICK! ICK! ICK! -- - Not at all smooth and creamy in my coffee like the Half and Half that I am used to. Over the past few days I have tried to experiment in other way to get this stuff to work like a decent coffee creamer. It turns out NASTY every time! So, the rest of this bag I will be using for baking biscuits and pancakes, as it does work good for them. Will I buy more of the Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder? Naw... this stuff is totally NOT for me! I think I actually will just continue to keep a lot of cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk in storage for any coffee emergencies. That is actually more like a delicious treat to be using Sweetened Condensed Milk in my coffee, even though I normally don't like my coffee sweetened. It is a tastier solution for me than this gloppy, sour'ish Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder in my coffee. For baking though, the Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder works fine.
