Delicious and versatile
This is a wonderful product. I use for coffee and cooking. It tastes delicious, is rich and creamy when hydrated. Highly recommended.

Delicious
Perfect! I did try this as a creamer for my coffee first and it tastes delicious. Next, I used it in a recipe for dinner rolls and loved it. Love the taste and that it's shelf stable. Very convenient, will be purchasing again.

No legitimate complaints
Iโve only had two coffees with this powdered cream. The first time I put the coffee in the cup and then put the cream in the coffee, and it was about like making chocolate milk with Nestlรฉโs quick. It floated on top and then it did dissolve, but some of it lumped up and had to be crushed on the side of the cup. That was fine it finally all dissolved with just a spoon and stirring it a little more than I wanted to. Such is life, Itโs powdered cream and itโs not going to be like a miracle powder. Itโs powdered cream. The 2nd cup I put it in the bottom of the cup, and then poured the coffee and waited. After a while it almost looked like it was getting cream bubbles. After stirring it and making sure there was none stuck to the bottom of the cup, a few pieces of it came up but I was able to easily crush them on the edge of the cup and then it was great. My 2nd cup was much better than the first and although it didnโt taste exactly like the regular cream I use it was still pretty good. I didnโt notice any terrible smells or anything like that I have read and other reviews. Iโm buying cream like this so then I can take it to the Philippines as cream there is quite expensive and Iโm pretty sure itโs a radiated as it sits on store shelves I find this powder to be quite acceptable, And that makes me happy because I need cream in my coffee! So I will be buying a few more bags to go with me as I plan on staying a year to a year and a half and I will let you know if possible how it does long-term. Other than whining about having to start a little more than I wanted I have no legitimate complaints and only prays to give this powdered cream so far

Good but not the same
TL;DR I can't agree with the Sunshine Brigade that thinks this is danceably super in coffee and any other hot beverage. It's good, but it's detectably different (no sweetness, with a faint residual flavor I can't identify but don't like). I've been using fresh heavy cream on a keto plan but wanted to try a product that had some shelf-life to it. Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder packaging states that it is nothing but sweet cream solids; I'm sure it is, but it definitely does not taste the same in terms of perceived sweetness (7 grams of naturally-occurring sugar in a cup of heavy cream). According my calculations that's only about 0.44 grams in a tablespoon, but though I've not been measuring, I must use a couple tbsp at least in a cup of coffee, so I'm getting about a gram of sugar there in regular cream. So I first tried adding the powdered cream dry, but found I had to use quite a bit to get anything like richness and (I hoped) that faint natural sweetness. I then tried rehydrating it in the expectation I'd have a better chance estimating the amount I needed. Sadly, it STILL has a faint lingering flavor I can't identify and it does not have that mild sweetness I like. Even when this product is reconstituted into 1/2 cup, I don't taste any sweetness at all. Worse, that other flavor lingers. I still think this is a really good product for its shelf-life, but I docked a star for whatever that residual flavor is, which may be a result of how it's processed, or it may simply be that dehydrated cream solids will always taste this way. After all, I've had powdered eggs and reconstituted nonfat milk, too, and at best, they need a lot of help to be palatable. I am still very appreciative that a dehydrated no additive cream powder is available: for that, a definite four stars. But I won't be using it in a daily way.

Coffee Creamer
It's great to have a good choice that organic besides the regular creamers filled with chemicals. The instructions doesn't have exact directions for just a spoon for a cup of coffee, so I just guess. It does taste good in my coffee after mixing it in some water and pouring it in my coffee. And I can use it in recipes as well. I will buy it again.

Superior Coffee Creamer
I'm so glad I finally bought this stuff. I had it on my "wish list" for a long time, but finally pulled the trigger and purchased it. DELICIOUS in my coffee, and convenient because it doesn't required refrigeration. Perfect to take to work or keep in your home office for COFFEE in the morning, COFFEE in the afternoon, and all the COFFEE in between!

If You Like Heavy Cream Powder this is probably the best option you'll fine.
I haven't tried other brands of Heavy Cream Powder so I don't have much to compare it to, but I went with this because of the lack of anything additional/artificial, and the price per ounce. I discovered that I don't really like the taste of it for the purposes of baking, which is the main reason I had bought it, but if something needed heavy cream and I mixed this with water it did its job. Also I usually like to sift powder before I bake with it just to make sure the end product is fluffy and light but with this powder when I sifted it, and this is with multiple bags, nothing was ever left behind so sifting wasn't even necessary. It's also probably the lowest carb count of any powder of its kind other than butter powder but obviously it's 2 different taste profiles and they can service completely different purposes. All of that being said I have no complaints at all with this because I attribute the taste issues to me probably just not liking heavy cream to bake and not because of this brand itself.

Chalky
It's hard to get it to dissolve fully, even with an electric mixer and letting it sit overnight. It's still chalky and it has a subtle flavor to it that's something other than just "cream" and I don't love it. It's decent enough that I'll use up the bag, but not great.
