Llevamos tiempo comprando este café en grano para cafetera súper automática y se ha convertido en nuestro café de referencia en casa. Repetimos siempre porque tanto la calidad como el sabor nos convencen totalmente. El grano es de muy buena calidad, con un tueste óptimo que aporta un equilibrio perfecto entre cuerpo, aroma y sabor. No es ni demasiado amargo ni excesivamente ácido, ideal para quienes buscamos un café rico y agradable tanto solo como en combinaciones con leche. Utilizamos una cafetera súper automática, y el grano se muele perfectamente, sin generar exceso de polvo ni problemas en el molinillo. La extracción es constante y el resultado en taza es siempre muy bueno: una crema bonita y un sabor redondo. Además, algo que valoro mucho es que el perfil de tueste es muy regular entre sacos, lo que garantiza que cada vez que repites, el café mantiene la misma calidad y no te llevas sorpresas. En resumen, un café en grano de excelente calidad a un precio muy competitivo, ideal para cafeteras automáticas. Die Lavazza Espresso Barista Intenso Kaffeebohnen gefallen mir sehr gut, wenn man einen kräftigen und aromatischen Kaffee bevorzugt. Die Kombination aus Arabica- und Robusta-Bohnen sorgt für einen vollmundigen Geschmack und eine angenehm kräftige Tasse. Mit der angegebenen Intensität 9/10 ist der Kaffee tatsächlich eher auf der intensiveren Seite. Besonders gut gefällt mir das Aroma mit seinen Kakao- und Holznoten. Dadurch bekommt der Kaffee eine schöne Tiefe und wirkt nicht einfach nur kräftig oder bitter. Die mittlere Röstung passt meiner Meinung nach gut zur Mischung und sorgt für ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis zwischen Röstaromen und dem eigentlichen Kaffeegeschmack. Die ganzen Bohnen lassen sich frisch mahlen und dadurch optimal an den eigenen Vollautomaten oder die jeweilige Zubereitungsart anpassen. Ich verwende sie gerne für Espresso, sie eignen sich aber ebenso gut als Grundlage für Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato oder andere Milchkaffeespezialitäten. Gerade mit Milch kommen die kräftigen Kakaonoten schön zur Geltung. Die 1-kg-Packung ist außerdem praktisch für regelmäßige Kaffeetrinker und bietet einen guten Vorrat. Insgesamt ein kräftiger, vollmundiger Kaffee mit charakteristischem Aroma, der besonders für Liebhaber intensiver Röstungen interessant ist.

J’utilise ce café Lavazza avec une machine à café à grains et j’en suis pleinement satisfait. Les grains sont de bonne qualité et offrent un café riche en arômes, avec un goût équilibré et une belle intensité. La mousse est agréable et le parfum se diffuse dès la préparation. C’est un café que je rachèterai sans hésiter. Je le recommande à tous les amateurs de bon café.

These are THE BEST Coffee Beans ever. Coffee always tastes amazing. This is a 9/10 in strength and great for short blacks or a Latte if you like it a bit on the stronger side without it being over powering. Coffee doesnt leave that bitter taste in your mouth and its super smooth to drink. Its the only coffee i use and best of all its fresh coffee beans so makes your coffee taste much much better.
