May i know how to use this popper? Any picture to show.

We turn inside out and place on the end of a finger and wait for it to jump. My grandkids love these things. I've heard that cats enjoy jumping up trying to catch them or chasing after them also.

Are these solid or do they have a hole in them?

I believe they don't have a hole. I've bought similar elsewhere so I'm not 100% positive. Sorry
