Harvest Bay Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, 16 Oz

My family loves to use this oil as a full body moisturizer. It leaves our skin feeling silky & smelling like a coconut.

The product was pretty much as described. I have used it for cooking and as a massage oil. As for cooking, the flavor gets a little tiresome compared to olive or canola oil. It is not that the flavor is objectional, but that it is too apparant in the food. I am planning on mixing the oils to see if that my reduce the coconut flavor.As a massage oil; it is excellent. The skin seems to readily absorb the oil and leaves a pleasant scent.Amazon rarely misses on the qulity of product offered!

I use this for Oil Pulling, 20 mins of swishing in my mouth everyday while I'm in the shower. I have been doing it now for almost a week and I see benefits. First off, my mouth doesn't feel "yucky" anymore, I can tell my breath and mouth are fresher. And also I lost a couple of pounds. This is helps your body detox, I guess any inflammation or water weight will go away, and that's what it seems. I'm not bloated anymore. I haven't noticed anything else beyond that yet, but I look forward to continuing to do this and I will update if I notice any other positive changes. I can see people using this as a substitute for cooking etc, instead of butter or oil. Also you can use this as a lotion.
