This book was fantastic and we enjoyed reading it over and over. Joel Kramer is an amazing teacher of biblical archaeology. He does an excellent job explaining the archaeological evidence fits perfectly with passages from the Bible. His detailed description makes it clear to understand why certain sites are the correct locations while others are not. His videos on YouTube are fantastic and tie in beautifully with the book. We anxiously await new videos from him and perhaps another book.

This useful book provides information about the earliest history of the patriarchs in Israel through to New Testament times using simple, practical language that many people can understand. Not only confirming the accuracy of Biblical accounts, it provides enlightening insights into the historical and spiritual significance of the archeological sites covered.
