I was super excited to find a plasma cutter at this price, and was even more excited to find out how well it works! It isn't the best you can get, but for the price you pay, the overall quality is just fine. The best thing is that it cuts way better than I expected it to. The first project was cutting some holes in nearly 1/4" thick vehicle frame rails, and it had no trouble getting the job done with a nice clean cut. I didn't even have to turn it way up either. I expect cutting through 1/2" should be no problem whatsoever. The plasma arc starts very easily, and restarts automatically if you break contact. I've used an older high-end plasma cutter in the past (10 years ago), and I think this thing does a better job than that machine did. I would be slightly concerned about longevity, but the bottom line is I won't be using it every day. The build quality is better than expected at this price point, so I don't have reason to believe it will be a problem. The unit is also very light and compact, and is such a great addition to my tools!

I had been looking at a plasma cutter that was three times the price and this one popped up for about hundred dollars so I took a chance and bought this one and I’m glad I did. It will cut 3/8 plate.! Seems to be very high quality stuff I would definitely buy again. Cut right through paint rust very light works on 110/220 volt power just plug it in automatic adjustment for the perfect occasional user

All the parts are there. Easy to inbox and some minor assembly required. Instructions are good. Works good right from the start. For the price this is a great buy!

It works surprisingly well for the price . It's my first plasma cutter I've ever owned and used. I bought it for a project car I'm working on and after playing around with the settings and adjustments I was impressed with how easy it was to use it cuts clean and saves lots of time . My only disappointment was I waited so long to buy it

I picked up this plasma cutter when there was a discount and I had a balance only Amazon account; so it only cost me $138. It has been a great little cutter and came with some consumables and some extras to get you started cutting right away other than a compressor.There are a number of options for low cost plasma cutters and you have to weed out the junk. This unit is well made, works well and is perfect for cutting thinner material. It will blast through 1/4" plate with some perseverance. Yeswelder consumables, available here on Amazon, are great quality at a reasonable price.

The machine cut great for about 12 sheets of galvanized metal . It started popi g and cutting poorly. Changed all parts that can wear out and still cut poorly. Then the worst part of it all, trying to get help from the seller, they will answer your text but just give you b.s. then they ignore your calls. Luckily amazon step in and let me return and get a refund. This seller will not help you.

Best deal I ever made, that this is amazing, works best on the 230V, not as great on the 110V. Cuts metal like a knife through the butter. LOVE IT

Had reservations about a two hundred dollar plasma cutter. But put it together easily and threw it through its paces. Started on thin tubing and worked up to 1/2 inch plate. All this on a 9000 watt generator and a pancake air compressor that I use on a trailer as a mobile work unit on my farm. Book says the cutter needs 6 cfm to work but I ran both the cutter and compressor as long as I wanted at 2.6 cfm. Was going to buy a larger compressor and torch set for my wagon but no need now. I can cut and weld my pipe fences easily with this set up of small wire welder,stick welder, and my grinders plus this jewel. Saved money on gas for torches to pay for the plasma cutter. Great deal!
