I'm not sure what I was allergic to but as soon as I drank it I was having trouble breathing. That's not a fault on this company and the flavor was fantastic so as long as you know what you are in are an allergic to please buy this It's very good. I unfortunately just cannot ever again.

I like the brand but not thrilled about taste going back to my decaffeinated green tea same brand .

I gave it a 3 star for value because its supposed to make you sleepy. It does relax you but kind of gives you motivation too. After I ordered two I saw the reviews saying it didn't work for sleep so I made a very strong cup (5 bags with about 6.5 oz of water) an hour later I'm still wide awake. More awake than before I drank it. I'm in a good mood but wide awake. It tastes ok. It's not expired. I would suggest for sleep straight chamomile or a chamomile with lavender or a valerian. I can't say I am completely unhappy with the product but I am beyond disappointed it doesn't do what it says. I read the ingredients before purchasing most of them should make you sleepy. I am thinking its either the addition of the oat straw instead of the milky oat sap (also known as oat milk but not the kind you purchase in place of dairy milk it is the milky sap off the oat tops) because oat straw can actually give you energy. Just my opinion based on what I know about the ingredients.

Sleepy time tea used to calm me down but never made me sleep, I brewed some tea last night at 930pm and I don’t even remember falling asleep but when I woke up I felt brand new! Also had an amazing aroma and taste, worth your try and easily worth your money!

I'm not a big tea drinker but ordered this for care packages for friends. Been having alot of anxiety so I thought I'd try one and see if it would help calm me. The flavor, to me is wonderful! It doesn't make me sleepy or anything but the flavor seems to be relaxing to me, I usually have 2 cups because it tastes good. I do have those crystal light squirt in flavorings that I give the tiniest squirt into the tea and makes it even better. Added it to my subscribe and save. I usually find tea not enjoyable. The flavor, the smell.. I dont know I just don't like tea. But this... I love! I use 2 bags per 12oz.
