VTech 6 Handset Versatile Phone System with a Doorbell Digital Camera

Our hobby room is in the far corner of the basement, so when the doorbell would ring we had to rush along the basement hallway, up the stairs, down the hallway upstairs to answer the door before the visitor had left. Always a rush! So we replaced the existing door bell button outside the front door with the vtech door bell button, which has a mic and a speaker and a video lens on it. Now when the doobell rings and we happen to be in the far reaches of the basement, we pick up the phone and with one press of a button we can tell the visitor at the door that we will be up shortly. The view panel on the phone also lets us see who is at the door. If we're upstairs we don't bother with the phone, we just answer the door like always. Only the odd time when we happen to be a long ways off when the door bell rings we can now talk with the person at the door by picking up the phone. Works like a charm! A bit expensive, but well worth it.

Excellent/Awsome set of telephones that works very well, The other set of phones were given to a friend and when he uses them he will be as happy as I am. Thanks for being a life saver.
