Very good quality for the money, sturdy, and nice look. However it is *not* 18 inches. It's 17.7". When trying to match with, say, other seats around a dinning room table, a person will seat ever so slightly lower. Not a huge deal. I am still happy.

Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to put together with pilot holes and easy instructions. Well made and looks great in our bathroom.

I guess I should of read closer how tall it is, too tall for a bathroom but will make it work.

I like the acacia wood colors in the stool. I wish there were starter holes for all the screw placement locations that secure the seat portion to the base parts. I don't use power tools, so it was a bit of an effort to assemble. The finished results are great. The stool does not fold.

at first, i was a little leery about the assembly. Not having starter holes for the screws, I didn't want to split the wood. All worked out fine. easy to assembly. sturdy. very nice wood. i am impressed.

NOT easy to assemble. It should of taken 5-10 minutes. It took more than an hour. There were no pre-drilled screw holes in the top/step part of stool. This made attaching legs to top difficult to align, hold, brace and screw into place. Pre-drilled holes would make this easier and save a lot of time. Also part of the leg is discolored as though some sort of chemical got onto the wood. Please remedy.

I bought it in natural wood color, was marked as such on the box. It looked pink! See the picture with natural bamboo board next to it for comparison. I was going to return it but decided to sand it down and recoat with clear polyurethane coat since I already had all the tools. Looks much better now.
