Reading other reviews I was concerned that the strings wouldn't appear waxed.The look, color, length is perfect. From the feel they seem to be pretty good quality. We will see how they perform. In the interim i can say. They are EXACTLY what I was looking for. IMO my boots look considerably better!Update: After wearing them a little bit. I noticed they come untied very easy due to the smoothness the wax provides. I believe that'll change with more wear. Other than that I stand by my previous comment.

Got these for some leather sneakers and they are perfect. They are on the narrow side so they give a nice sleek look. A bit more expensive than other laces but these are a notch up in quality.

I love these for my Thursday boots. But I've had to replace them several times already - and they are (as my kids point out I often say in reviews) too expensive for what they are. Next time, I'll likely choose something a little less nice - and a lot less expensive.

I used waxed shoelaces for the first time by chance when they were included with a pair of shoes I ordered online. I like the feel of them and the tackiness imparted by the wax. I expected these laces to have a similar quality and feel but that is just not the case.These feel dry and have the opposite of that tackiness described above; they are very slick. My standard shoelace knot came undone in about 5 minutes requiring me to double knot.I like the color and the width of the lace very much, and the materials seem to be decent quality so I’m keeping them. I will definitely be dipping them in my own beeswax though because these are just not going to work as they are.

When the laces that came on my new boots gave out in less than a year, I replaced them with these. I'm now buying a replacement pair 7 years later of almost dialy use. Can't recommend these enough. You won't be disappointed!

The laces are of good quality a bit long for what I'd use them for. The laces are not as thick as I wanted but I'll be able to use them.

These are easily the best quality option on Amazon for waxed laces. I wish the width was slightly larger, but these are a really great option. Color is great and they shine really well.

I love the color but these laces are very poorly waxed. They don’t have the shine or luster that they claim and the knot just falls apart due to the lack of wax. They feel like paper. I’m waxing them myself because I don’t want to deal with sending them back but I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a properly waxed pair of laces that will stay tied.And for the record, I reached out to the company for support before leaving this review. I wanted to give them a chance to stand behind their product but they had no comment about whether or not the laces are supposed to be like this.
