Will this work in really strong winds. When I buy 5 pound umbrellas they turn inside out and break at slightest wind thanks

I had an occasion in April when we had in excess of extreme weather conditions ie strong winds. The Blunt umbrella I had (the Metro), wasn't able to cope, and snapped in two places inside the skeleton. Luckily Blunt offered a two year guarantee, it was able to be repaired- being returned within ten days. You must remember upon purchase to register the umbrella.

Is the strength of the umbrella in wind worth the money thankd

The strength of the umbrella was one of my considerations. My previous Blunt umbrella proved extremely robust compared other manufacturers I have tried. The mechanism over several years use did loosen but remained reliable until lost. Tried some cheaper umbrellas but last year bought another Blunt.
