Teeccino Herbal Tea - Almond Amaretto - Rich & Roasted Herbal Tea That's Caffeine Free & Prebiotic for Natural Energy, 25 Tea Bags

I needed a new tea to try since another herbal tea maker decided to phase out one of my products I liked. This tea has a chicory taste that gives a little bitterness, but also the faintly sweet and rustic aftertaste of amaretto. The first thing I thought of was chicory decaf coffee when I took my first sip. I had poured 8oz of water heated to 180F and brewed the tea for 5 minutes, then stirred it up. I added a teaspoon of sugar, which made it a little too sweet. Perhaps a 1/4th teaspoon would be better, though I normally do not drink coffee or tea with sweeteners. Overall a very good tea and I was surprised how good it tasted. A good tea to wind the day down with, if you want the flavor like coffee but without the caffeine.

I don’t write too many reviews so for me to actually take a picture and post a review means that for me this had to be some thing. Very incredible. I was very scared that this was going to taste like some sort of earthy, rooty tasting coffee, tea alternative but it’s so is not. The amaretto flavor is just very tasty. The coffee/tea is a very smooth and not acidic at all. It's a great coffee alternative. The other day I was actually mourning my loss of the ability to drink, coffee, tea, even decaffeinated, coffee, or tea, because they still contain small amounts of caffeine in them and I do not have any heart issues. I do, however, have adrenal issues that lead me to live a very strict no caffeine diet so I’m over the moon to find this product. Don’t hesitate just buy it you’ll be very happy you did. Can’t wait to taste the other ones that I bought as well :-)

This tea is my favorite afternoon indulgence! I add some sweetner and a splash of cream to satisfy my need for a little treat. Delicious with a dark chocolate Milano cookie.

Let me start off by saying that the flavor of this tea is outstanding. The tea is very nutty (similar to a chestnut, with hints of cherry) which might throw some taste buds off. However, amaretto is supposed to taste as such. I followed the instructions on the inside & made a tea-CHEE-no) a tea cappuccino with almond milk & felt so satisfied. After bariatric surgery, I need to be mindful of what goes into my body, & liquids are my go to at the moment. Unfortunately, I am so sick of drinking the same thing, so this tea was a much needed respite. Bonus: the ingredients are organic & contain health benefits such as (digestion health, gentle on the stomach, & potassium to support muscle, & hydration.) I mean, just look it up. Pretty neat stuff.

I adore this tea. It has such a rich deep flavor, given to the carob, chickory, almonds, and figs. It smells heavenly when you open the packet and tastes great. Decadent. (I’m really a carob fan!) A new favorite.

I found Teeccino products for the first time at a local health food store and it was a little pricey but I tried it anyway. I don't drink coffee for many reasons but I do love the taste and warmth of it so I thought I would try this as an alternative. I was NOT disappointed! This one is packaged like a tea bag and is prepared the same way but you can get it loose and prepare it using a French Press. I prefer the tea bags and my mom likes the pressing method. The flavor alone is amazing but I add coffee creamer (I use all kids of flavors) and it is simply amazing! You can enjoy it hot or cold and it is great either way. I was amazed at how many flavor options there are online as opposed to what I can find in stores and all of the flavors I have tried are great! This is on my autoship because my whole family loves it! It's way better for you than coffee or hot cocoa so even my kids can enjoy this. No caffeine and no acid - only sugar is in the creamer I add.... A winner in my book for sure!

I'm a big fan of Teeccino Herbal Tea and enjoy a cup every evening. The Almond Amaretto and Vanilla Nut flavors are especially delicious - rich, smooth, and comforting. I also really appreciate that Teeccino is caffeine-free and acid-free, which makes it perfect for nighttime without any jitters or stomach issues. That said, the packaging quality is a real downside. Many times the teabag is already split open, causing tea leaves to spill into the water. When that happens, I either have to strain the tea or, if it's really bad, pour the entire cup down the drain and start all over again. I've also had issues with the string detaching from the teabag while steeping, which is so very frustrating because i have to stick my finger into the hot water to fish it out while it drips all over the countertop. Another problem is the foil packaging - the teabag is the same size as the outer packet, so when tearing it open, the teabag often tears along with the foil. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I end up wasting 3-4 teabags per box, which is so disappointing given how much I love the product itself. If Teeccino improved the teabag and packaging quality, this would easily be a 5-star product. The flavor is fantastic - I just wish the packaging matched it.

This stuff is unfortunately pricey but it is amazing. I just wish they had a gluten free version. Not good for Celiacs, which I just assumed all tea was gluten free.

It tastes great & comes as described!

Too much un-natural flavour. I even combined it with another teeccino flavored tee bag to water it down a bit(and took the "almond amaretto" out of the water quickly) Just a very unnatural strong tone to it.
