Love it
This works super well. I was sick of putting jumper ends on wires to hook up the the arduino. Have not had any issues with the terminal screws which hold very tightly. I've accidentally stepped on a wire and it broke on the other end of the wire rather than pulling out of the terminal. There was no damage to the terminal.I really like the additional grounds that are provided.

Easier to wire many wires
My project used 54 wires. Instead of using jumpers to the pins, I mounted this terminal block on top of arduino. Ow it was much easier to screw the wire into the block and neat installation. Offers maultie ground takeoffs which is very convenient to group common ground.

Good quality terminals
It might be a case of getting what one pays for. It is not cheap, to state the obvious. The screw terminals are first class and do not need to be pried open like on other boards. They hold the wires of any gage and are labeled clearly with color coding based on function. There are grounds and +5V terminals at each row. The downside is that the pin layout is not the same as the Arduino, one cannot mount a shield on top like other breakout boards, and no room in the middle for components like prototype boards. Most of the time I tend to use a prototype board with a tft screen stacked on top, not an option here. This worked for me on an application that has two remote displays and needed reliable connections.

It makes wiring SO much easier
I've used a lot of various models of Arduinos, and always find wiring them into the finished product to be a bit of a pain. With this on top of an Arduino Mega, all the pins are exposed with screw clamp terminals to make solid and lasting connections.

No soldering
I recently built a G1000 using two Arduinos. As you can see from the photos there are a lot of switches, encoders and push buttons. Trying to made solder connections would be a great undertaking. Just in the panel along there are 100 or so solder connections. Just imaging having to do that twice! The terminal board has been a life saver and during the check out phase there were several encoders wired backwards. Easy to made the switch with the terminals vs unsoldering and resoldering the connections. A jewel screwdriver works well and although the terminals are close together it’s way better than the alternative. I did tin the wires to make it easier to terminate the wires.

Very well engineered, top-quality product
The product is pricey. A top-quality Mega 2560 itself can cost half as much. So you have to wonder about the price. But this product is very well engineered with all the screw connections very clearly labelled. There is a reset button added too as you cannot get to the reset button on the Mega. The screw terminals make it very desirable for use with other electronics products. A screw terminal connection hardly ever fails unlike a wire plugin into a header. The makers have included a 6-pin header-extender so you can reach the 6 ICSP pins on the Mega board. I have had no issues with this product.

Great fit
Glad I found this for an Arduino project I'm working on. Way more permanent and convenient than a breadboard

Was hoping male breadboard jumper wire would work, nope
I had hoped that breadboard jumper wire (male) would fit and hold in the screw holes for this product. They don't, and would require a different wire (e.g., bare) end, presumable stiff and of suitable gauge (i.e., "wire size range 26AWG to 16AWG, strip length 5mm", as stated in the description, presumably).
