the cake toppers were lovely and were a hit at my son's birthday party but the packaging was not good and 3 of them arrived broken.

The lion was damaged. I couldn't use the figures for what I had intended to. I tried returning it but no luck. Says it's not returnable. Even though policy states if the item is damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement.
