Best ball ever PT, abs and more!
People poke fun at spending $20 on this ball. They say go to Walmart and spend $4. Well it’s not the same. Omg I love love this ball! I was introduced to it at a high performance gym that I went to for a weekend get away. Between using it to get deeper stretches and for ab work…nothing better! Great for all kinds of PT too.

Great for Resistance Work also supports your back for on floor core work
This is the same ball used in my exercise class. It adds great resistance when used correctly and is a perfect back support for strengthening your core. My 24 yo daughter and I love ours (I am 71).

Strengths targeted areas
Great exercise tool for some back issues. It strengthens targeted areas that may not be easily strengthened when back issues affect full range of motion. It is easily inflated, comfortable to use, easily handled. Physical therapists routinely use these. Bonus: grandkids love it!

Easy to inflate and work great!
It’s been several months of use now. Still works great from the first time I easily inflated it. Still enjoy using this. I’ve done several different exercises and haven’t had any issues. It will lose a little of its air over time but nothing major. Different gyms I’ve gone to also use this brand, which is why I chose it.

Do not put this ball on any furniture...
This product is awful. Upon receipt, the ball was fine. I blew it up and used it once. I was in a hurry and left it on my dresser. The dresser has a wood finished top. This ball left a nasty ring of sticky glue . I have not been able to remove this ring.. The dresser top is ruined. I do not recommend purchasing this product.

You will pay £32 for one ball and a crappy booklet. You will only realise this when you get it 3 weeks after you order. You will then have to pay to return it to some address in New Jersey USA....I don't expect I will ever see my £32 again!
