I bought this large jar and thought boy I'm never going to use all of this but it is easy. I put in chili. I put in Alfredo dinners. I have a rice cooker and put in with rice and it tastes good. I recommend to try.

As soon as you open it, the smell is authentic. You can tell they are bell peppers. The taste the smell - the quality size is perfect. Texture exactly what I expected. Would definitely buy again.

Love these Freeze dried peppers. I live alone and no longer have to throw out rotten peppers that have gone bad. This item is a pantry basic, saved me money .

These are good, but would be better if the seeds had been removed. They'll be fine for soups or stew, but I'd need to pick the seeds out before using them in enchiladas, omelettes, etc.

Product is flavorful and it lasts a long time. Great replacement that keeps you from running back and forth to market.

I love this product. The flavor is great and it tastes fresh. I have ordered several more from this company and have had no problems. Only recommendation I would give is to find a better shipping method. It’s taking 10 or more days to get the product. But this is not a reflection of the quality of the product.
