This is a nice light-weight chair with a back and a pouch for a water bottle. It's definitely more comfortable than the GCI Packseat due to a wider seat and the padded back support.

Purchased this seat to use when ice fishing and love it. Sit on it for hours on end and still comfortable, super light weight, clip it onto my backpack and carry it around easy.

Not featherweight, but lighter than others, opens and closes easily for this technologically challenged older woman who can't get up easily from low-slung chairs. Only time will tell if it will be relatively comfortable for an outdoor concert or event, but so far seems a bit stiff, but otherwise fine.

Good portable seat if you need to carry a chair long distance and don't want/need a full size seat. Still pretty comfortable and seems sturdy (I'm around 200 lbs and doesn't feel like it will break). Also has a cup holder. Great for camping, sporting events, etc.

Love this chair. It has straps to use as backpack ! Great for hiking!

This just arrived last night and I absolutely love it! I purchased this chair because of its compact size and back support. I plan on strapping it to my bicycle rack and toting it to events that I ride my bicycle to, but would also like to sit once I arrive (i.e., the park, parades, music events, etc.). This is perfect, it is well made, high quality fabric and very sturdy, I believe this will last me a very long time. I just received it so, I've only tried it out in the house on wood flooring and carpet, I felt very comfortable sitting in it, no issues with pinching, instability or tipping of any kind and it can hold someone up to 250 lbs. I also like the addition of the beverage holder and how quickly the chair folds up when you pull the shoulder strap. If I have to carry the chair while walking my bike, the shoulder strap not only makes this possible, but makes this very easy and quick. I'm very happy with my purchase and may buy another to have on hand for a friend to use.

I want to give this chair 5 stars because it is a sturdy little chair. It is perfect for what it claims, light weight, portable, easy to use. What the description fails to advertise is how quickly your nuts go numb. I don't even have nuts and they are numb within minutes. The chair would probably have been perfect if it was a four leg chair and not three. Your crotch rides that third pole like a stripper needing a tip. I'd still recommend the chair if the reason for buying it is space related. The support and construction are really good.

Great chair! So lightweight and easy to carry. It’s very comfortable and it’s perfect for playing guitar since it doesn’t any arms on it. Much more comfortable than sitting on a stool.

I'm an octogenarian, 5ft 8ins, 11st. 3lb., with a dodgy knee. It took me a while to find a stool of the right height, stability and carrying weight to use for en plein air painting. This stool fits the bill extremely well. The back rest is excellent; it's a comfortable sit at a nice height where I can (a) reach things beside me on the ground and (b) still manage to stand up without too much difficulty.

Best designed, best constructed, lightweight chair on the market. Although pricier than other models sold by Amazon of similar design, it is well worth the higher price. I reviewed every chair available before choosing this chair. I was not disappointed. What sets this chair apart from the three others of similar design available on Amazon is it's lighter weight to carry, it's shorter height when carried over the shoulder and it's lower back rest. The other chairs have a back rest too high to support the lumbar region of the back. This chair with it's padded seat and padded back rest is just perfect. It folds up in just seconds and carries effortlessly over your shoulder. I am 5 foot nine and when I sit on it there in no uncomfortable pressure at all on my groin. I could sit in this chair comfortably for hours. It is rated at 250 pounds and has a rather small sized seat so it would not be suitable for a large size derriere.

The chair is ergonomic with perfectly places mid support for good poster and the padded seat adds for extra strength and no slouch comfort, as well as extra warmth when ice fishing. We like the ease of fold up and go - by simply pulling on the strap, and slinging over the shoulder. I did a lot of research before I bought this chair and it does not disappoint. Even though it is pricer than many similar designs the above mentioned features definitely are better design than other models. oh and it is also lighter than most. I also have this company’s folding camp table also a great design
