Perfect single toggle replacement
Turned the garage light single switch into a dual-purpose light and extra outlet. Easy install and seems like it will last. Gave me a much-needed outlet in a little work area I added.

Great product for the price. Application is a undersink constrolled receptacle for garbage disposal.
Purchased the switch/receptacle with matching wall plate to supply power to a garbage disposal with an air switch on the sink counter. Instructions supplied by the reviews and on the Net were clear but installation was moderately difficult while on my back with a stroke disability. The packaging only contains tiny instructions for 'Outlet Always On' scenario. However, I chose the 'Controlled' scenario to support either with/without air switch options on the disposal.

The switch works but there are no good instructions
Instructions are not adequate. I am going to test both methods. 1. Switch controls socket and 2. The socket is always on. When done testing, I will edit this review with clear instructions. Other than that, the device seems solid and well-made.As shipped, the switch diagram appears to tell you to connect the hot wire to either one of the black screws on the right side (switch on top) and the neutral black wire to the gold screw on the left side (switch on top). Then hook the white neutral wire to the silver screw. Both the switch and socket will now work.
