Ideal first Binoculars
A great set of binoculars and a very good first starter pair. They are lightweight so not too heavy to carry and the quality of image and focus is exceptional.A really good purchase

Excellent Clarity and Performance for Nature Lovers
Excellent Clarity and Performance for Nature Lovers!I recently purchased the Olympus 10x50 S binoculars, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The image clarity is outstanding — crisp, bright, and detailed, even in lower light conditions. The 10x magnification paired with the wide 50mm objective lens makes it perfect for birdwatching, wildlife observation, and even catching action at sports events or concerts. They feel solid and well-built, yet surprisingly comfortable to hold for extended periods. The grip is ergonomic, and the focus wheel operates smoothly. I also appreciate the wide field of view, which makes it easier to track moving subjects in nature.Overall, these binoculars offer excellent value for the quality. Whether you're a casual observer or a dedicated enthusiast, the Olympus 10x50 S won’t disappoint!

Happy with purchase
I bought these as a gift. I’m not an expert on binoculars but they seem very good. They are certainly very clear and the magnification is adequate. I was worried that they were going to be bulky or too heavy, but they are not at all. The only slight disappointment was that the box was slightly torn and it was obvious that somebody had already opened the binoculars and taken them out.

Great for a spectacle wearer like myself
A few years ago I bought my daughter, the 'Olympus 10x50 dps I' version and have always been very impressed by them. Recently bought the 10x50 S version for my own use. They have same clarity and build quality as far as I can see and I have not been able to see any difference in the vision quality between the two pairs of binoculars. The 6.5 field of view is great and provides clarity in the image. I wear glasses and even when I keep them on and lift the binoculars for a quick look at the world(without turning back the rubber cups) I obtain a clear image and have obtained a quick focus. There is a slight loss in the field of view but not enough to concern me.Adjusting the diopter setting is easy and if it moves you get to know where you normally place it. The binoculars are comfortable to hold and not too weighty. I have not experienced any shadowing at the sides, which I have experienced when using other binoculars, especially when trying 20x50 versions for example.I use them for bird watching and species identification as well as having an occasional look at the moon. Stars are a different challenge. A tripod is useful for this and there is a front fitment that can be removed to access the screw point for the tripod fitment( I use the celestron version). Unfortunately, this cover is made of plastic and has a fine thread for unscrewing the cap, which can be a bit of a challenge when replacing it. It would have been helpful if Olympus had provided a better design for this. This is a minor issue, overall a great pair of binoculars and off to see if I can spot the Killer whales and other sea mammals at Orkney in the near future.

Fantastic- can see details in warwick castle from my flat miles away
See pics and video for the effectiveness of seeing details in warwick castle from miles away!Got these as a moving in treat to myself on prime day since I realised I could see warwick castle in the distance from my window and many many birds- still waiting for the big bird of pray to shoe up again now I can get a better look at him!! And wow are these swanky. Can't say I've used many binoculars in my life, but as far as these go I would say they are quality. They come with lens caps, a strap to attach easily to the binoculars that goes around your neck and a padded carry case that also has a shoulder strap. Instructions were easy to follow to get a clear and crisp view- nice because I think I do have one slightly weaker eye that you can set it to each eye. (Though I will say especially while setting up prepare for a bit of nausia- though I think my weak arms struggling to hold them still contributed to that) I will say they are a little heavy- which I think does give them a quality feel, but my weak arms do struggle to hold them up and keep them still which cab cause a little motion sickness- but that may be a me needing to hit the gym problem. Overall, super happy and excited to make some art and scenery with these! Really impressed by the details they can enhance- I saw some animals in a field too far away to Identify that I now know are cows, there's a flight route still high enough that I can't hear them but heading towards landing that goes past and I've been able to see details on the planes, and I even identified recognisable buildings in Coventry om the horizon with these. Very happy, would recommend! (Maybe with a stand if you have weak arms like me)

Crystal clear view
Well after having used a 35 year old plus USSR made binoculars 8x32 I thought it was time for a change. I have taken to doing a spot of bird watching in my reasonably sized garden after moving house 4 years ago. I did a quick bit of research and went for a 10x50 S field 6.5 Olympus binoculars. I have not been disappointed. The clarity and ease of use is really good. The binoculars do weigh nearly 1 kg but feel fine in my hands. It comes with a well padded case plus a strap u attach yourself located inside the case.Well priced at £78 and delivery was within 48 hours of ordering and delivered via Royal Mail. I certainly would recommend for bird watching. Anything bigger and I am advised they become heavier and harder to keep steady on the subject matter.

Best binoculars
Best binoculars. Super clear lenses, able to spot moons of Jupiter. A bit bulky but super magnification and quality build.

Great value for money
Excellent for the price, these were a gift for someone who likes birdwatching and they love them. The only criticism is the strap could use a cushioned pad as these are a bit heavier and can dig in when carrying for a long while, but I just made one and problem solved

PLV super
