They work great, but they're smaller than expected. I thought I had done my homework But apparently not. They worked for what I needed it for but they were considerably smaller than the pump I replaced.

Good replacement for the original ones I had on my air shims, the original cracked and decayed, feels like it should last just as long as the originals, the bleed off valves worked perfectly.

The items arrived quickly and looked like they were well made. The problem is that the twist valve used to deflate the cuff is not as easy to control. Tried all three with the same result. Took the valve from the original cuff and used the new tubing and the new rubber bulb and achieved a much better control of deflation of the cuff. If you were screening BP you could easily miss the beginning of the systolic pulsations with the deflation occurring so quickly. The pumps are usable but you have to be very careful with releasing the air slowly, using the old valve made the process much easier.

I have some no-name air shims that I purchased a few years ago. As seems to be the case with most air shims, over time, the inflation bulb can go bad. These fit the tubing on my shims perfectly. They also allowed me to get rid of the plastic push button type of air release on my shims. On top of that, these seem to inflate my shims much faster than the original bulb/valve combination that I started with. I'm sure that over time these will most likely have the same issues as the other inflation bulbs that I've used, but even though these are sold for this purpose, I can honestly say I'll use these as my replacements in the future.
