This is a 5/8" stud with 1/4 inch Female and 3/8 inch Female on each end. It is about 1.5 inch in length.

Great little adapter I use on my light stand.. time for me to order a few more. What else can I say besides it does the job!

Good spigot for a tripod
I used this for my spare camera tripod and mount a square soft box on it.
