Got this for my boat. Way better than I needed but I smile when I use it. No leaks. Great tap. Good capacity. Not cheap but hey - it's good.

Finally a dispenser that doesn't leak. I have bought almost 6 or 7 other dispensers and had to return because faulty. This dispenser is worth every penny. Looks great and will be used a lot for cocktails and events. Went to buy another and unavailable. Please restock!

I buy this water dispenser few months ago for my son birthday party and when I wash it,its lid is wooden so it will become disbalanced wood .you can't able to close it properly so the drink will not stay hot or cold longer period of time. They are charging so much so they should use good quality wood lids and in the market its cheaper to buy

Beautiful product but lid was slightly bowed on arrivalAlso we have only had it 4 months but the tap is leaking now terribly. Drips constantly now which is a massive shame

Item came and was a lot smaller than I expected, not all the parts for the tap was enclosed so the tap doesn't stay in place. I request the parts but didn't received a response. Not fit for purpose!!

After 2 days the wood is coming apart. I can’t find anywhere to contact seller to get a replacement

nemmeno 10 giorni di utilizzo, le parti in legno sono deformate, piegate e screpolate

Dopo una settimana di utilizzo lo stand in faggio sottostante si è completamente gonfiato, facendo traballare il contenitore soprastante. Il legno continuando a gonfiarsi da qui a poco si spaccherà con il rischio che il contenitore soprastante cada. Inoltre aprendo il rubinetto si forma il sottovuoto e spesso l'acqua non esce più, rendendo molto difficile anche l'apertura. Dopo quanto speso che non è poco, dovrò farmi costruire un supporto di diverso materiale non sensibile all'acqua. Inutile il reso perchè se sotituito me lo rimanderanno dello stesso materiale. Sconsigliato
