This is my first time using this protein. I went with the chocolate delight flavor and it taste pretty good, especially since it has 0g of sugar. I work out 6 days a week using free weights and this protein really helped with my recovery. It's kept my soreness to a minimum. My only complaint is that I ordered the 2lb container and it came in a 4lb container which made it look like it was half empty.

Okay but not fantastic

I'm an indoor cycling instructor; I teach two classes back-to-back. When I'm done I need to replenish protein FAST. I love the chocolate taste. The powder mixes well; I put it in a shaker bottle and there's no clumps. Highly recommended!

Good tasting and delivered fairly much on schedule

I've tasted better from the Royal brand.

This was the WORST tasting protein powder I have ever tasted. I couldn't even force myself to drink more than a few shakes before I threw in the towel.

First container did not contain as many servings as stated on the package. Second container had particles that did not dissolve after vigorous shaking in bottle, and did not dissolve during digestion. Company did not respond to comments either time.

Royal Whey has had me hooked for the past 2 years. I've used it for weight loss, in between my dance shows and competitions, and even my husband uses it as a clean lean isolate for muscle build. The nutrients and vitamins you get from it along with the delicious taste makes it the best isolate I've tried. The composition of protein compared to the other ones like Gaspari / Dymatize definitely wins us over.
