Disappointing Experience with Quadient
We were assured by Quadient that we could use other labels besides theirs, which was a key factor in our decision to work with them. However, we discovered that the system is designed to only utilize their proprietary labels, contrary to their claims.When we attempted to cancel our account due to this misinformation, we were informed that we are stuck in a contract. This is extremely frustrating, especially since their assurances were a significant misrepresentation of their product.This experience has left us feeling misled and trapped in a contract based on false promises. We strongly recommend doing thorough research and seeking written guarantees before committing to Quadient’s services.
