What is the linear coverage of each tube?

Don’t know exactly but a six pack of pens did the floors in two Average size full baths with sink rooms and water closets.

How much floor does it last for? Also, does ink flow continuesly?

Yes the ink flows well and continually- one pen covers quite a bit. I used only 2 pens for my stairs and entryway. Still looks good after 8 months.

I think so. I wash the floor and it's still there. I use a damp mop so, if you use a real wet dripping mop, I'm not sure how waterproof it is.

Do they sell grout pen tip replacements separately?
