I like that the bands are sturdy and they come in different resistance levels. However, they are not adjustable and it limits the range of motion you can use for exercise because the loops are a bit large.

Great bands and glad I found them. I love how these don't roll, they stay in place and nice wide bands. I struggled with a set I purchased from Target and wished I had found these before I wasted my money. I also purchased another set as a gift.

I have used these while doing Tai Chi among other things, they work great. Plenty of resistance, without the pain of pinching and rolling.
