I noticed a difference after taking this product for about a month, especially in my hair. The only downside is that I definitely wouldn’t recommend taking it on an empty stomach it made me feel a little nauseous when I did. I started taking it with breakfast instead and haven’t had an issue. Other than that, I really like this product and plan to keep using it!

I started taking these to see if they reduced hair shedding and improve the strength of my hair, which was had become weak and prone to breaking after a big move and a stressful few months. Didn't want to go the route of the more expensive, but maybe, possibly, unhealthy brand with mystery ingredients, so after some research, I landed on Olly. I've been taking these every day for three months, and while the shedding hasn't reduced that I can tell (I am 52 after all, so that seems normal, and it's not that I have any bald spots), my hair is noticeably stronger and healthier, and I saw that progress after the first month. As far as hair regrowth, I believe it can take at least 6 months to a year to notice any change there, so I'll report back on that later. I'm just really happy the ends aren't breaking off anymore. Also I have noticed that my finger nails and toe nails are growing faster and stronger than they've ever been, so that's a plus. I agree with the other reviews with regards to the lid being unwieldy and annoying. I literally just end up taking the hole white top off instead of trying to get the little pop top open, which never works.

My hair grew fast and my nails got super strong. Does not help with thinning hair though.

These vitamins work! My hair was shedding so bad last spring, I had See through hair, and it’s normally thick as ever. I tried a professional hair vitamin and it didn’t help much, then I found these. My hair feels so thick after one bottle, I ordered a second bottle. I love these vitamins! Please keep making them Olly!

Took me a loooong time to see results but so happy to have bought this. My baldness is disappearing gradually.
