Overall great bag and good size if you want something that is minimal but still sturdy. I did a lot of shopping around before buying this one because I wanted a standing bag that I didn’t have to hang. And landed on this one. The bag came in two different boxes the base and actual punching bag. Assembly was pretty easy. Even easy if you use a socket wrench. Like it’ll cut the assembly time in more than half. The most time consuming part is filling the base with sand. Do yourself a huge favor and make a funnel. Also becareful not to buy the incorrect sand for it. Make sure it’s the right kind of play sand if you go that route. I didn’t opt for water as it spills over time. I installed the suction cups which worked really well on concrete. And easy to screw in. The bag itself is sturdy and can take some power punches. But more so with the suction cups. I tried punching it hard multiple times without it and after some hard hits I got it to tilt. I definitely recommend using the suction cups despite how hard you plan to hit it. It also came with gloves. I know I read a lot of reviews that states that they didn’t receive any. The gloves were a little small for my hands. But then again my hands are pretty big. So for the average person they should fit ok. I use my own mma gloves anyways so wasn’t really a problem. Overall the bag is solid and the quality feels great. Doesn’t seem like it’ll fall apart or break anytime soon. I will update my review if anything changes which I don’t expect. Great bag, that isn’t huge but is effective for a good workout.

great gift for boxers, easy set up, not too heavy, it was a piece of cake. I appreciate everything, it has been put to great use by the person I got it for as a Christmas Gift. The gloves it comes with are a plus as they are relatively high quality. The one thing that is a bit of a drawback of the system is that you have to fill it with water, sometimes it is easier/better to have it be sand based but overall it is still okay and it is being used as it should be. Thank you!

It’s solid and works just fine. No complaints with the final product. My only suggestion for the next design is to make the base easier to fill with sand. I used a large street cone as a funnel to fill the base with sand. It had the widest mouth possible that fit into the base. Yet it was still a pain to fill with sand and took a solid 45 min. Everything else was easy to put together and took minutes.

My husband is 6'5 and this is the perfect height for him. He uses it every day and was surprised at the durability.

I have big updates on my product review. - FITVEN contacted me to resolve my base water leakage issue. They send me overnight a BRAND NEW base to replace the problem one. FIlled the base with water again. I am more comfortable with water filled. So my both issues, leakage and suction holding, gone with new replaced base. My regular punching work out is back to normal with my fully punctuational punch bag equipment. Thank you FITVEN for the great product customer services. *************************************************************************************************** Below is my original review (I am leaving it here to be sincere with other serious buyers). *************************************************************************************************** I am using this product from beginning of October 22 with water filled as the base weight. From beginning of Feb 23 the water started to leak from the base. So I replaced the water with play sand from home depot which cost me $22. I used 3x50 lb to fill 3/4 of the base tank I am warning you filling the sand (if the sand is wet) is a herculean effort. I took 3 hours to fill 3 bags. So make sure your back is strong and you have lot of patience to finish this job. I made a makeshift funnel using one gallon milk jar and used a hand shovel to fill up the tank. I mentioned I filled 3/4 of the base tank. I am putting this equipment on a wooden floor. Now the fun part the equipment is running like a chicken in my basement when ever I do the work out!!! So far I don't have a solution for this. I am thinking on a solution to fix this problem. Other than the all the hazel I mentioned above the equipment is really good. I use it 7 days a week minimum 30 minutes weekdays and 1 to 1.5 hours on weekend. After all the punches and kicks as much hard I can all these months the equipment still stand like a champ without zero damages. So if you are looking a decent equipment I recommend this with all its base problems. This is the first time I am using a stand alone punch equipment and this is the only manufacture I am experienced. I originally had issues with the quality of the bag I received, but the seller promptly replaced it free of charge. Definitely recommend! I am 6'3 210lbs, and the height of a standing heavy bag can frequently be too short for me. This bag stands approximately 70" high and I find it perfect for throwing high punches/kicks. The suction cups on the bottom work well, even sticking to flat concrete outdoors or the tile floor seen in my photos (despite a slightly granular tile). I put two 35lb bags of sand and 80lbs of water (two 5-gallon Jugs) into the base and this is an adequate amount of weight if you have the bag somewhere the suction cups work; however, I will knock it over with a 75%+ power kick if it is in grass or equivalent ground. There is room for more sand, so it would probably be a non-factor if I added one more bag. I hit the bag while holding two 5lb Dumbbells, and the leather used for the casing is of very high quality. I left the bag outside on my porch in Vegas for the whole summer and the leather still looked brand new despite the sun exposure. I recommend this product from this seller ecstatically!

Honestly incredibly impressed. I hit pretty hard (personal opinion not based on experience or facts) and it handles it all very well. Now, it’s not a 150lb hanging heavy bag. It’s different. I had low expectations and to be honest did not think this would work for me but thought I’d give it a chance. It works tremendously well and I would recommend this to anyone. Note: filled with sand, shook it up rolled it around really packed in the sand. Then, filled with water, rolled it around, more water, waited, more water. I didn’t weigh this thing, but I could hardly move it. The base is very* heavy. Retains water and pretty durable. Not sure it’ll last for years and years but to be honest for the price I’m not expecting 10 years out of this and I’m okay with that.
