CAT® Windshield Snow Cover for Standard Size Cars, SUV and Trucks - Black

Works great. Had to buy another one. When I took off the loops when it was frozen rain. The elastic broke that went around the mirror to severe to window. So I turned it in and got a replacement. I dont use the mirror elastic now. It secures well in jam of door.

From skid steer loaders to boots every Caterpillar product I've used has been well-designed and durable. That's the reason I bought this product and I wasn't disappointed. You won't be either. 1) Fabric materials are tough, easy to handle, don't stick to to the windshield. 2) Literally seconds to put on and take off. Zero fiddling to get into the right position. 3) Snow on the cover? LOTS of snow? Just hold one of the mirror handles to draw the whole cover on an angle to the other side & all the snow falls to the ground, not on the hood or windshield. 4) Worth every penny for the elimination , total elimination, of time spent brushing, scraping and warming up the windshield. 5) I've only had it for 7 days - have used it every single day, saved the usual 10 minutes in a dark 4:30 am for an hour plus of time saved. The plus is because we had a one night February thaw with rain, flowed by sleet, followed by snow and sub-zero wind chill. Ordinarily my windshield would have been a ROYAL PAIN of thick ice that would have taken a lot of time and effort to remove. Not so with this thing! I flung its frozen self to one side where shards of frozen stuff cracked and dropped and my windshield was dry and clear! DRY & CLEAR, I tell you! For reference, the car is a Honda subcompact and I'm ! 5'2" woman. Can you tell how much I love being completely relieved of this daily chore in cold & snow country? Oh yeah, I am...

Bought in preparation for an upcoming winter storm. While it does fit my Honda Civic I have found that the wind has been strong enough to flip up the bottom so I had to pin it using my windshield wipers...which defeats the purpose of covering them with the cover. Otherwise happy with the purchase and I expect it will work enough against the incoming storm.

The fit is perfect for my Ford Maverick. Very sturdy material. This is going to last for very many many years. I recommend this to anyone who is of course in the snow area, but also who happens to be in the middle of a heat wave and if you have a camera on your mirror, this will protect your camera. It won’t let it get hot.

Excellent quality. Thicker than expected. Material is comparable to a heavy duty waterproof canvas tent. It was easy to put on and fit perfectly on my '19 Acadia. Highly recommend CAT brand over others out there. Bought a lower cost one with good reviews and wasn't great quality.

These are awesome not only for snow and ice, but I use most often for FROST. Makes going to work a breeze. Well constructed. On and off in less than a minute

I purchased this CAT for its large size to cover the large windshield of my mid-size SUV. When it arrived, it appeared to be a stout product. However, after 1.5 winters in the far north, the underside fabric began chipping off. It is deteriorating. I'd also bought a bit smaller cover by EcoNour for our other car. It has weathered those winters well with no deterioration. I am now purchasing XXL from them for my mid-size SUV to replace the CAT brand. I also prefer handling the more supple fabric of the EcoNour.

Cat are know for their tough quality and this black screen cover delivers. Just the right size for a VW Amarok Ute size of screen, it fits perfectly. Straps can be used over the mirrors but in normal windy conditions are not required as the retainers are put inside the door and shut on. Just hoping that the UV protection on the cover is strong enough to last 5 years. I can imagine it would be of great help for snow fall areas.

Well made and easy to fit. ... I have a grand cherokee and it fits perfectly. I love how easy it is to install but also its stands up to the canadian winters. It not only saves me time in the morning and that also means less exposure for me to the elements in minus stupid temperatures :)

Just big enough to stretch across the windscreen of the Silverado 1500
