The best Canadian flour for baking sourdough loaves.
It makes great sourdough loaves. I have tried other brands and this one beats them all hands down. Even if my starter isn't the best I also get an edible loaf.

The 'very strong' in the title means very sticky gluten with super elasticity. It's great tasting, though made far more dense bread than I expected, so adapt recipes accordingly.
