I researched many wearables to hold my phone and a flexible 250ml drink bottle. I did not want anything on my arms or bulk. The zipped pocket gives me assurance my iPhone 7 is secure and keys. I can tuck in the drink bottle in either the front or side pockets and their is plenty of space to fit snug other items. The belt stays in shape and does not ride when running. The width I prefer compared to the “lite” version which I also own. It has a decent thickness so may prove warm on hot days.

Purchased a number of different running belts , this is the best so far. Big pockets to slide phone , gloves , hat, and secure pockets for keys money or other must be safe bits. Tight enough to loop a jacket around when it's hot. Not too sweetly

I bought this for short runs of around 3 to 5 miles, I normally carry, phone, car keys, asthma inhaler, bank card and a 250 ml soft flask. The phone is the only difficult bit, I have a galaxy s20 which will fit but only if its not in its case. Comfort wise, hardly know you are wearing it, the soft flask fits in a side sleeve but it's a bit fiddly to fit when full, but as water is used it gets easier to put back in the pocket. Pretty pleased with it overall, easier and more comfortable than having items in my shorts pockets.

Belt constantly slips down. I have a 32-34 waist and bought a medium. Medium appears the right size when putting it on (quite tight initially) but with just a phone and keys it constantly slips down. Frankly I don't know how other people find this acceptable but for me this is not fit for purpose. I'll go back to belts you can fasten. NB. pockets are also quite small.

This belt is perfect! It's stretchy but not too much so. The material is soft and very good quality. Two pockets zip shut and the other two are envelope style. My phone fits better in one of those, so I just rotate the belt a little. Such a great value for the price.

Fits according to the guide. Room for plenty of stuff on your runs so that part is really good. But I had expected it to last longer that two months before the first zipper fell apart. So I cannot really recommend it as I'd expect better from Nathan. Still use it though, but with only one zip-able pocket so will see how long that one lasts.

Muy buen producto.Dos bolsos con las mismas dimensiones con cierre, y dos por igual sin este último.Mi smartphone de 5.7" entra un poco ajustado ya que tiene carcasa protectora, pero sin ella entra sin problemas, y una vez dentro, tiene buen juego, y ya ni explicarte para tarjetas u otros objetos pequeños.Te la recomiendo usar con audífonos Bluetooth, o con conector 3.5 mm con un ángulo de 90°, ya que el que es totalmente recto se te podría dañar por los movimientos al trotar o correr.
