Taste
Best gluten free aata . It's easy to digest . Loved the taste . Almost same taste as normal aata . Easy to make .

Good, but too costly for regular use.
Delivery speed good.Received quality good and new stock.Taste wise and softness wise very good.Tasty than any other normal wheat flour. Also, this expands more than regular atta and hence you will be requiring lesser amount.Demerit : Difficult to prepare chapati as it becomes sticky.May be with more practice ,it will be perfect.Pricing : Even though it tastes great,it is too pricy.Pricing cane be more than other flours, but not as high as current one.Otherwise ,overall it is good, though may not be value for money.

Nice Gluten free Chappathi
I like the taste and softness of the chappathi made from Aashirvaad Gluten Free flour. First time ever I am able to eat Chappathi without gluten, thanks Aashirvaad.Do not compare this flour (taste, texture or softness) with regular wheat based flour because it is made from non gluten grains like Jowar, Rice, Ragi and etc.,Gluten free diet is meant for people who are in Celiac, gluten intolerant, diet and etc.Note: Probably bit tough to prepare Chappathi, when compared with regular wheat based flour, so you need to add water in phases.

This product has gluten. Beware.
This atta from a reputed company like ITC and stamped Gluten free is not at all free of gluten. I am gluten intolerant and when consumed it made me sick. I checked again after a few days it again nade ne sick. I called aashirvaad help line and also write to them. They kept insisting that it is gluten free. I asked to speak with someone senior. No response. I even posted this on FB tagging them. No Response.ITC must take this product off the shelves and first ensure it is not contaminated with glutenI have been consuming GF food for a long time but never have I come across a big brand calling their product GF when in fact it is not safe for gluten sensitive people'. This product is a health hazzard. Please do not consume if you are Gluten intolerant.

Must needed for gluten allergy people
For 1 cup powder, first take half cup water in a small non stick tawa or kadai, add salt and few drops of oil,no need to boil, put the dough into it.switch off the flame.mix it with a silicon spatula.then take the dough out.kneel it till it becomes soft.rest it for 5 mins.then use it for roti or poori

Too sticky too chewey
Been 4-5 years since I’ve been eating gluten free chapatis, this flour was supposed to be better than the one I was having but it didn’t work as per the expectation.Too sticky too rubbery, while you knead it into dough.Once you cook it, it is still too chewy and could’ve been better.Just a bit disappointed. Else if you’re coming into Gluten free diet anew you can start with this flour and who knows if you find it tasty it’ll all be worth the sticky hassle.P.S. this dough can’t be refrigerated, it becomes too dry even when covered unlike other GF flour dough.
