5 stars thru n thru nice story between brother n sister one a demon the other a demon Slayer in training only watched 2 eps so far so don't fully no how itl turn out but that's just so far,wouldn't say worth 53 pound thoe for what you get collectors box nothing special and few art cards and book

Only version do far released in UK. Beautiful box art and extras inside. Shame its only first 13 eps, but needed to own this! The anime visuals are just beautiful! Would recommend to anime watchers

Whilst this is only episodes 1-13 it very much makes up for it with the art cards they give you and the beautiful box that holds your blue Ray and your information booklet (it’ll also hold your art cards too) which is also rather beautiful. On top of it. In my opinion the anime that you’re purchasing here is top quality content. The movie just released has soared up to the Number 1 movie in Japan which is canon and will need to be seen before starting season 2! (Not season 1 part 2 which you’ll also need to see!)

I wouldnt have bought this, it's not my sort of thing. It was a present for a weirdo. He liked it. But I can't give it any more than 1 star. I dont like it. If he gave a review it would be given 5 stars. But this is my review so I've given it just 1. Hope this helps.

While this is a great series, splitting it into two 13 - episode parts, then selling each half for what you would expect to pay for the whole season is nothing short of criminal. DON'T BUY IT!!!

I already saw this on Prime, bought the later seasons on Bluray. Now tried to buy this first season. Seeing the prices I finally decided that I will take a step back from Anime in general. It's just not worth it.

The anime is great, but seeing it on Blu Ray is even better. I'm probably one a few viewing this on a home theater class system and I can tell a pretty big difference between streaming and watching on blu ray. The lines are sharp, there is no artifacting from terrible compression and constantly switching of resolution, and the audio is crisp. If you aren't a nerd about fidelity, just watch the anime online. But if you are someone to notice audio distortion and video quality compression, this is 100% worth it. It is only the first half of season 1, so you'll need to buy the second part as well. For reference, my home system is an LG C2 65" OLED TV, Denon AVR X2500h, Polk LSiM 703 L and R speakers, 705c Center, and 702 surrounds; 2 SVS PB 2000 subwoofers, and a Panasonic UB820 4k UHD player. Most anime blu ray's are only stereo and the AVR does upscaling to use all the speakers, and I'm fairly certain the LG C2 has resolution upscaling technology to bring the blu ray from 1080p to 2160p (4k). Regardless, these blu rays look and sound absolutely beautiful.

I have the whole set. Well worth watching more than once.

英語学習の素材を探している時にAmazonでこの商品を見つけました。アメリカのブルーレイはSONY以外の日本の機械では再生できないと聞きましたが、我が家にSONYのポータブルBDプレーヤー(BDP-SX910)を持っていましたので、この機械に期待して思い切って買いました。 結果は、、見事再生できました！さすが世界のSONY！ 英語話者の声優さんの熱演で英語のセリフだけでも十分楽しめますが、語学学習としては、 ①英語セリフ＋コミックスを見ながら(もともとアニメがコミックスにほぼ忠実に作られているため英語セリフの日本語対訳がコミックスですぐに見つけられる) ②英語セリフ＋英語字幕(字幕の方が短い文でありセリフの英語とは一致しない) ③日本語セリフ＋英語字幕 もちろん④日本語セリフのみもいけますから、アメリカのブルーレイを2つ買って約11000円ならかなりお得です。
