Is the product shipped cold-packed? I have been purchasing this from France until now and it was always delivered in a package with ice-packs.

Hi, I'm James from Vitality Pro - the official UK distributor of Prostaphane Sulforaphane.

We send all Prostaphane in temperature controlled packaging by DHL Express so you receive them with maximum potency possible. Prostaphane is sensitive to heat, therefore you want to avoid it for long periods.

However, we also recently received this from the manufacturer Triballat referring to Sulfodyne, which is the new name for the active ingredient in Prostaphane, advising stability of the product is much better than first thought.

“Thanks to our stability study, we know that we can keep for a few weeks Prostaphane out of the fridge as long as the temperature is below 20°C so that would be the case if you would like to organize a shipment soon without specific cold storage. If you have to store Prostaphane momentarily outside cold storage, it will be fine as well. Please find attached the advise of storage we give for the ingredient Sulfodyne, the main component of Prostaphane.“

We have the stability report available to send by email.

DHL Express should take around 1-3 days to reach EU countries and 2-4 days to the US and Canada. Even with a small delay I hope you can be assured your product will be effective!

You mentioned in another post that you ship with temperature-controlled packaging. But before shipping, is the product refigerated?

The Prostaphane product is stored in refrigerators at our warehouse until it is shipped.

How many mg  sulforaphane per capsule?

Accepted Answer

Each capsule contains at least 10mg of free-form stabilised sulforaphane.

However, Prostaphane is manufactured with 10% more sulforaphane than shown on the label to allow some heat exposure and still delivery at least 10mg of sulforaphane per capsule.

Hi, I am James from Vitality Pro - an official distributor of Prostaphane. We ship worldwide by express delivery in temperature controlled packaging.

New stock is received from the manufacturer every 2/3 months. We expect to receive the most recent batch available from Nutrinov each time.

The current stock we hold, as of 31 January 2021, was received in December 2020, has been stored in refrigerated conditions at our distribution center until now and has an expiry of date of 03/2023.
