Well installed, it worked. THEN I notice the layout on the display is different. Data is on top, little icons on the bottom, and there is NO DATA BEYOND THE SYSTEM VOLTAGE. What? No Amps, Ah, all that great info in the description pictures. Ordered another, SAMETHING! This Chinese stuff. You find this similar looking devise under many different names, they must have change the display firmware or something and these sellers have no idea. You can't tell until you give it 12V. I was getting old versions. Weird thing is they all have the same part numbers.What I got, the info on the LCD looked like the pix. Punch the scroll button and you get no other info.Sent it back and tried another, same old, not as described, unit. Ordered the same looking unit with the name Esky, which other buyers tell me came with the firmware that had the display as shown. We'll see and hope. Send this back if it does not boot up as shown, it is defective

Works great. this is my second controller of this version. I am well pleased with this product.

There is just not enough information to make a decision on a controller. The most important thing a LCD meter would monitor was charging current. No mention of it. Will it do AGM, gel, calcium or lithium batteries properly. On lead acid is there a de-sulpathing phase?
