the eye mask cool well but the velcro strip bands should be small only towards the ends, the entire band is velcro and hair get stuck in it when you close it!

Trust me, do not buy this product, do not see customer reviews of other customer. If it's good product then why "Return" option is not available by seller. I sent multiple emails to Amazon support but nothing helps. If you still thinking to buy you will loose your money. See my attached images. It's seems like used product and jel was leaking also.
