Kärcher - K 2 Car & Home Kit - Electric Power Pressure Washer - 1600 PSI - With Vario & Dirtblaster Spray Wands – 1.25 GPM

I purchased this K2 Pressure Washer at a great price (Amazon Warehouse - open box) after using one my neighbor let me borrow. I was instantly hooked by how it made blasting away dirt and grime so easy (where have you been all my life!) I got the K2 car care kit (CCK) since that is what I'm mostly going to use it for around the house. Nonetheless, it comes with a turbo tip nozzle and a universal adjustable spray nozzle, so it is pretty versatile for other projects. Additionally, you can purchase other nozzles, cleaner accessories, etc. I'm very pleased with the ease of assembly and use. The unit is small and light weight, and has wheels and a telescoping handle, so you can move it around easily. For what I use it for, it has plenty of power and isn't too heavy on water use, while it is relatively quiet during operation. The different spray nozzles hot swap with a simple 90 deg turn, so you can switch between them while cleaning. The turbo tip is a rotating 0 deg nozzle which quickly blasts away the toughest household grime. You'll be impressed! I found the cord and hose lengths to be adequate, especially since there is no reel for the hose or cord (that requires stepping up to larger, more expensive models). The cord comes with a safety power interrupt switch, which unfortunately makes the power plug bulky; however, it is still manageable. Overall, for the price I paid, (~$85) I'm quite happy with it.

The media could not be loaded.  Are you a pressure washing hipster who needs to hook up your Big-Freakin-Water-Gun-9000? This is probably not the model you need.For the rest of us, this is a good balance between cost and performance. I owned the previous model for about 10 years and the only reason I'm getting another is because of a recent freeze we had in Texas. This one works the same way and comes with a handy dandy floor cleaner (see video).Pros:- quality and durability- ease of use- performance- nice accessoriesCons:- didn't come with the built-in soap container (scavenged the one of my previous model)- will break if frozen- still no good place for storing pressure hose/electric cord (you only get 1 hook)

This is a pretty good little pressure washer. I like all the attachments that are included. They all seem to work pretty good. The only drawbacks I have found is that it's a little cheap in terms of durability and build, there isn't much storage for the attachments and cord, and the suction line is basically useless. It's about a ft long so I'm not real sure how they expect you to be able to put it over the side of a bucket and set it in the bottom so it won't fly out of it. I'm buying extra tubing and a compression union for it to extend it longer. Hopefully that will work. But as far as pressure goes it's the best one I've owned so far

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about this product since I owned three power washers before this one and they all broke. Two were in fact Karcher electric ones with the 900psi. They both seemed to break, either they got wet externally or just broke down, but they eventually failed. They weren't mine, I borrowed them from others. The third was a gas-powered one and that also broke mid use.I have to admit that the 1600psi is a big improvement over the 900 and is noticeable in the photos I attached. The dirt blaster is insane! It's the only tool I really use since it has such a wide, even spray for almost all applications. The deck tool is nice too since it spray evenly, but the bristles on the bottom can make it difficult to glide back and forth. You basically have to pull, lift, put it down, pull, rinse, repeat.Overall I think this product is great for the cost. Seems to be worth every penny and for an electric model does a great job.

I write this review based on one use only, so the reliability of this pressure washer will be evaluated with time. However, as a compact power washer, Karcher K2 exceeded my expectations. It has got all the attachments you'll need for normal use right in the retail package. I especially liked adjustable pressure wand that does not require change of a nozzle and the surface cleaner. Surface cleaner is light enough so it actually floats up in the air an inch from the surface elevated by two rotating cleaning jets. This makes it very easy to move around and adds the "coolness" factor. Didn't use it for car cleaning yet, but will definitely try it soon. 1600 psi is plenty for most household tasks and is safe for use on my sailboat that birds like to use to hang out. Previous compact model of the power washer by Karcher served us for over 20 years - hope this one will also have that many productive years ahead.

Was not expecting much, but this little thing surprised me! Did our deck and paving stones. It does not make a loud noise like other units do. It pressurizes when you turn it on, then remains quiet until you pull the trigger. I will try the gentle nozzle next for washing the cars.

Se la regalé a mi esposo y la usa mucho solo me comentó que la manguera es muy riguida y no es fácil de guardar el cable aunque el funcionamiento y desempeño es bueno !

This is a great tool. We use it often. The only issue I have had is the yellow hose clip on the wand to the machine has already cracked. It does not affect the usage of the device. It is just that when in storage, the clip may fall off the wand when the hose is removed. When the hose is installed, everything stays in place.
