I accidentally did an experiment with these while traveling and my three kids one by one got sick. By the time my third started with it, I was out of these pellets. I can tell you my two children who got the pellets had a significantly more mild experience lasting several days less than my third child! After that experience, I was a believer. You always wonder “do these really work? Or was this just a mild cold?” Now I’ve seen the results (sorry, third child!).

The day after Christmas, my poor 5 yr old woke up with a terrible cold. The whole house slowly caught it, my daughter getting it the worst out of all of us. She was miserable coughing, stuffy/runny nose, she had never seemed so uncomfortable during a cold. I tried everything, Benedryl, Hylands, Robitussin, etc. I noticed almost no difference in her symptoms which is rare. Normally the expectorants help a LITTLE bit but nothing.. so I did a lot of reading and found this (plus I got elderberry gummys) and saw someone called them snowballs, which was a great idea since it's winter here, it got her excited to try them. She said they taste great, they take about a minute to dissolve, but my kiddo doesn't mind sucking on them. The only issue I have, is two parts, the instructions are a bit unclear on how to take, and I really wish they'd either make it bigger or some other solution to how many of the snowballs you take. It just sounds like a lot and it's hard to know how many uses you have left since you need SO many for the starting dose, and 5 every time after. But overall, I will not be buying other medicine in the store anymore unless they have this kind there. It worked better than I thought it would. Very happy. And my kiddo got better pretty fast after the "snowballs." 😆

I didn’t have to fight my kids to take nasty medicine, like I normally do when they are sick. These are so nice to carry around when your child has a little sniffle and cough. They do the job well, without having the drowsy affect other medicines do. I will be ordering more because they do the job very well. The bottles are small so we go through them very often in the winter season, and with 2 kids!
