FitMate Dumbbell Workout Exercise Poster - Workout Routine with Free Weights, Home Gym Decor, Room Guide (42 x 63 cm)

All the basic exercises you'd need for a full workout are here on this wall chart. Handily it's laid out as 7 exercises x 4 exercises. So the way I'm using it is to run down one column a day - four columns four days by seven exercises around the body. Perfect. So that four daily different workouts before you get back to the beginning on day five. As each row concentrates on part of the body that gives me a complete workout for all my body - about 30 minutes a day - 3 1/2 hours a week and everything worked. So it's well organised.

This poster is perfect, just what I was looking for, easy to follow and arrived very quickly.

The goblet squat and sumo squat are labelled the wrong way apart from that a good poster to keep in the gym or home

This is a neat piece of artwork and ideal for its use, but to say it is Laminated is not accurate, I didn't expect to receive a poster with a machine varnish coating, applied during print process. I have a laminating machine, sadly only A3 so I can't put it through the laminater, so this poster will not last as long as it could if it was laminated. £10 for machine varnish is overpriced. I would be happy to pay £10 for a laminated poster. And SOOO tightly rolled in cardboard tube, a real pain to get flat! If you had laminated it, it could have been sent flat, as the laminate plastic is so much more robust.

I bought some dumbells to use at home and wasn’t sure what the best work outs were for them. I bought this to help me get started and haven’t looked back. Ideal for beginners like myself, I definitely recommend if you’re new to working out.
