I ordered stupidly before reading the reviews but thought it can't be that bad. When it came (which was in estimated time) even the courier warned me about the damage and poor quality. I refused it and asked for a full refund. Seller sent me a replacement however again I refused as I had already stated that I required a full refund as I had purchased an alternative myself. Today I got my refund. Seller was in contact throughout so no issue there however the photo description etc for this summerhouse really doesn't match the quality of what was sent which aswell as being damaged also no instructions and flimsy wood panels, nothing like the photo description at all.

Don't waist your money cheap quality peace don't fit together nothing fits no building instructions no roof felt wood splits when u use screw perspex crack and split on delivery

Rotten snapped wood, no instructions, cheap quality.

It's a disgrace. The quality is very poor and I am disgusted that you can even sell such poor quality, trading standards spring to mind.

The product did not meet my expectation

I purchased this from another company in April,and when it FINALLY arrived in October after threatening legal action,the whole thing was a shambles from beginning to end.The windows aren't glass,they are wafwr thin plastic sheets,the wood was absolutely soaking wet and twisted put of shape,the centre truss was far too long,and was pushing the sides out,the floor panels were squint,and didn't line up,so they sent replacement pa els,and it was STILL the same.The wood is the cheapest and nastiest I've ever seen,and was full of holes.The instructions don't come as paper,they are sent by email which are as clear as mud!!!!In the end,I ended up contacting the company for a full refund as it's not fit for purpose.If you're looking for a DECENT summer house,this ISN'T it.
