I had mild PCOD symptoms and was having periods for only 2.5 days from 5 months . I ordered it in January and had it for five days. I got my periods on time, and this time, they lasted for five days. honestly i think this helped my period cramps a lot! i used to suffer from back pain and stomach pain during my periods and a few weeks ago i even started medication for my acne which is said to have extreme side effects, including severe back pain during menstruation. i was dreading my periods but surprisingly i barley felt anything, i definitely was tired and suffered from a normal amount but nowhere near the usual pain i used to suffer or the supposed side effects of the medication. i truly think its because of this tea which i drank every morning immediately after breakfast until my periods date. maybe id missed three or four days but that was all. i’d even say my acne reduced because of the anti inflammatory ingredients in this tea!

I have been using tea curry she balance tea since 3 months and the results are awesome. The flavour is really good. You can feel the goodness of turmeric and cinnamon. It helped to balance the hormone changes to an extent and I guess it takes time to show the complete result. It helped in reducing my acne, mood swings and period cramps.
