Stainless Steel Measuring Spoons, 5 piece set, Chef Quality - Koem Designer Series

I purchased these measuring spoons to replace the set of plastic ones I had. These are made of stainless steel and are definitely an upgrade over my old ones. They seem to be the perfect gauge. They are thin enough to be light and thick enough not to feel cheap and flimsy. I'm definitely happy with the purchase. They came with a key ring that holds them together as a set. I removed the ring because I would rather have the spoons available to use and wash individually rather than always as a set.Disclosure: I am also a fellow Amazon shopper and I take my job of reviewing items very seriously. This review is for measuring spoons by CEK Choice.I purchased these measuring spoons because we have 4 adults who are calorie counting and measuring devices are in short supply in our kitchen. We had a cheap plastic set that the inked on measurements had rubbed off so we replaced it with this CEK set that is stainless steel and has the measurements stamped into the metalThey come with a metal ring but we don’t use the ring since it makes measuring awkward. The tablespoon, longest, is 5 and 3/16 inches long from edge to edge. The 1/4 teaspoon, shortest is 4 and 9/16 inches long from edge to edge. They are all the same width which is approximately ¾ inch. They nest together nicely and are only about 7/16 inches high when nested.These work well, they fit correctly into spice containers and are comfortable to hold. These measuring spoons are dishwasher safe of course, however, we hand wash everything that cuts and measures so I cannot comment on their dishwasher “proofness”. Use common sense like don’t scoop peanut butter and ice cream with these and this set will last you a life time. This product was received, and tested during a promotional period at a discount. I have attempted to give a thorough, comprehensive, objective and honest review; I hope it has been helpful to you.I am satisfied with the purchase. I can say these are good quality and work well for measuring solids and liquids.

Spoons were nice, but one had flaws in the stainless. I returned.

This is a great set of measuring spoons. I have always purchased plastic sets, because I love bright colors and they look cute. However, they break sooner or later, and the marking wear off, which can be a problem. I decided buying a stainless steel set of measuring spoons would be a good idea, and last longer. This set looks great, and the measuring sizes are clear. And they will never wear, or rub off like plastic measuring spoons! I also love that each spoon has the measurement in mL as well, which is really cool. To be clear, it has both measurements (1/4 tea, 1/2 tea, 1 teaspoon, 1/2 tbl and 1 tablespoon), and the coordinating measurement in milliliters.I love the look of stainless steel, and glad this set will last for a long time. They are held together by a metal ring, and are also dishwasher safe. I also really like the cutout handle design. It makes the set less heavy and bulky, and makes it possible to take the teaspoons off the middle ring if you want to. If you are looking for a great set of measuring spoons, give this set a try. Although I love the look of the colored plastic sets, they won't last as long as this set. I did receive this product at a discount or free for an honest evaluation. After having time to use these, I honestly can't find any faults in this set. Otherwise, I would be sure to tell you. These are great as far as I'm concerned!

No more melted measuring spoons or having measuring spoons where the measuring amounts get worn off with time. These spoons are awesome. They are made out of stainless steal and the measuring amounts are actually stamped into the spoons so I don't ever have to wonder what size they are. I have gone through numerous other measuring spoons that have said dishwasher safe that I have tried to wash in the dishwasher only to find out that they melted or were slightly melted enough to no longer have a flat top for dry ingredient measuring. Since the spoons are stainless steel I also don't have to worry about them rusting. I did end up taking them off of the ring that they came on but I don't think that they were intended to stay on there anyways.
