I have to give a "5" for the quality of the chocolate, which surpasses any other maker in the US or Europe. I have lived in America and an (original) EU member country, and have tasted many, many chocolates in my day!I do have one gripe. The shipping box arrived hot to the touch, both cold packs were completely melted and hot to the touch; the delicious chocolate disks very soft and beginning to clump together. Although Valrhona promptly sent a new bag to me, that shipment was not boxed - it only had one cold pack and if it had been on the truck for any longer, with the heat that we have, those chocolates would too, have been melted.
